1. Liability
1.1. The relationship between the Client and SIA "B&A" is governed by these Terms of Use, as well as the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. In case of damages, the guilty party compensates the other party for the direct damages.
1.2. The customer is fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form. If the Customer has provided inaccurate or incorrect data in the registration form, SIA "B&A" is not responsible for the incorrectness of the data and the resulting consequences and is entitled to demand direct compensation for losses from the Customer.
1.3. When registering in the Internet store www.brandhouse.lv, you get individual registration data (username and password). The customer is responsible for the security of his registration data. The user undertakes to store and not transfer his registration data to third parties.
1.4. If the Client suspects that his registration data may have been obtained by a third party, the Client must immediately inform SIA "B&A" and change the password.
2. Processing of customer data
2.1. The Customer gives the Seller clear and informed consent to the processing of their personal data.
2.2. Data exchange between the Client, banks and the card payment center is encrypted, which ensures the security of the Client's personal data and bank data. The payment is made outside the Internet store environment, in a secure payment environment at the relevant bank or at the service provider. Information about the Customer's bank details and credit card information is not available in the online store.
2.3. The personal data provided by the client is processed in accordance with the requirements of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and other legal acts of the Republic of Latvia, which regulate the processing and protection of personal data.
2.4. The personal data to be processed are the data that SIA "B&A" requires from the Customer when registering an account and/or placing an order (name, surname, address, phone number, e-mail address, current account number, content of shopping baskets and purchase history).
2.5. SIA "B&A" processes the Customer's personal information for order fulfillment (including sending messages related to the order), making payments, delivering goods and preparing personal offers.
2.6. SIA "B&A", registration No. 40203315978, Kaivas 50 k/1 - 143D, Riga, LV-1021, is responsible for processing Customer data.
2.7. SIA "B&A" undertakes not to disclose the Customer's personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:
2.7.1. To the courier service provider, insofar as it is necessary for the delivery of the Goods to the Customer or for the use of the service;
2.7.2. For partners who provide the delivery of Goods to the Customer or provide other services related to order fulfillment (name, address and telephone number).
2.7.3 In cases provided for in 11.6.1. And 11.6.2. point, the Customer's personal data is processed only to fulfill the order, and the authorized partners ensure the same level of personal data protection as SIA "B&A"
2.8. The customer has the right to review his personal data at any time and request correction or deletion of this data, unless otherwise provided by law.
2.9. If the Customer has expressed an interest in receiving SIA "B&A" news and/or personal offers, the Customer has the right to cancel them by sending the relevant notification to SIA "B&A" at brandhouse.bna@gmail.com or by clicking on the relevant link visible in each in the offer email.
2.10. The trader is responsible for the processing of personal data. The merchant sends the necessary personal information to process payments to the authorized data processor CITADELE.
2.11. We retain your data indefinitely or until the Customer requests the deletion of the collected data.
